Impeachment of Bomet County Public Service Board

On Thursday 28th October 2021,Bomet Governor Dr Hillary Barchok invited Bomet county MCAs for a dinner at his kap James residence.At the residence the invitation was more than a dinner as this was another rendezvous used to scheme the axing of Bomet county public service Board for refusing to tow to the line of Governor Barchok.The meeting was co-chaired by the governor and a MCA from Bomet East.Barchok accused the public service Board for failing to employ "his people" as the list he always forwarded to the board is being rejected.The Governor was also not happy after the board rejected his request to terminate contracts for BOMWASCO staffs and enforcement officers. They also blame the board for refusing to employ 500 campaign strategists for a 1 year contract.He further accused the board for employing another HR director and rendering redundant one mr Simon sang the current HR director whom the board accused of incompetence and not being a HR practitioner.This was the man who was being used by the Governor to sneak his henchmen into the payroll and he is expected to continue with the same dark schemes when the PSB is impeached by the MCAs. The MCAs were promised ksh 100,000 each to ensure that the Board is impeached.A motion of no confidence against the board is expected to be table next week.we urge Bomet residents and other human right crusaders to rally behind the Bomet public service Board and save it from the glutinous regime of Governor Barchok.

Taach Fm has sacked Bruce Bett

  Bruce Bett at Taach Fm Desk The famous Kalenjin Radio Station is believed to have parted ways with their presenter Bruce Bett. He has been taking a show of ‘Mesetab Taach Fm ’ which is believed to be touching on political and development of the country. He has been running the show alongside his counterpart senior presenter Kimutai Maritim who has worked with a number of radio stations for many years including KBC Radio Taifa, Chamgei Fm, Congasis Fm, Kitwek Fm among other Kalenjin radio stations. Though a number of morning show radio callers have raised complaints over the same, Bruce hasn’t come out clearly to refute or accept the rumors that he has been fired.
