There has been a complaint about the payment of contractors of CBC classrooms in Chepalungu and some parts of Bomet County.

The payment was to be made before April this year by the outgoing government. Each classroom was to be paid Ksh850,000.

Ministry of Education Cabinet Secretary George Magoha was in Bungoma today commissioning CBC classrooms at Bukembe S A Secondary School.

Concerning the payment, Magoha says the incoming government will be responsible for the payment of the debt left by Uhuru Kenyatta in education docket.

“The burden left by the current president Uhuru Kenyatta will be sorted out by the incoming President William Samoei Ruto,” Magoha said.

“Other classrooms stalling should be completed within 3 days,” he added.
